Limited with equipment? The same move with different tempos will give you a whole new stimulus and results! Here are a few I have played around with recently.
5551 is great for exposing your positional flaws and helping you connect your brain to the movement better.
3331 will allow for loads that will provide a terrific hypertrophy stimulus.
1111 will allow for even heavier loads to work top end absolute strength, but also ensure you are working you positional starting strength with the pause at the bottom. Bring more purpose to your training and give it a go!
